And the waiting game begins.

Got a shock when I leaked fluid in the middle of a nap today and I assumed that it was because I couldn't hold my pee. But when it continued, turned pink and didn't stop after two hours, I knew something was up.

So I dashed to prepare dinner for the kids, gave them a peptalk, packed my stuff, called the hubby and the hospital, and here I am at the labour ward tonight. It's a little nerve racking as I am only at 35 weeks and all my previous three babies were full term, so this will be the first premature one and I am really hoping that everything goes well from here.

I guess baby #4 is really eager to see the world and meet his siblings. Just promise me you will be safe and sound, yeah?

P.S. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can have a natural delivery sans epidural, like the previous three. Jia you jia you!

P.P.S. Fun fact - I was also a premature baby and weighed 2.2kg at birth. Thankful that I am where I am today!
